Columbia Pet Crematorium can alleviate many of the problems involved with pet deaths and burials. We provide 24-hour phone service, which allows you to reach us in your time of need. We will pick up the pet from your home or veterinary clinic. A staff member will notify you as soon as the cremation process has been completed. Arrangements may be made for delivery of the remains by FedEx.

If you decide cremation meets your needs...
You may drop off the remains or request for a pick up from your veterinarian or at your home. The remains will be transported to the crematorium and placed in cool storage until the crematorium is free to be used. Each pet is cremated individually, therefore it will take a day to complete due to necessary cool down time so the remains may be safely handled. You can expect a one to five-day turn around time, depending on the schedule. The process will be completed and the remains will be placed in a plastic bag and put into a temporary hard plastic storage container. At this time, you will be notified to pick up your pet's ashes. An urn may be selected from our display or ordered from one of our many catalogs at any time during the process or after. We will be happy to transfer the ashes to the permanent urn of your choice.
